Hi! I'm Sophie, and I am a collaborative Multidisciplinary Designer & Maker for Theatre, Performance, Film and Events, from South London. I graduated LIPA (Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts) with a First Class BA (Hons) Degree in Theatre and Performance Design in July 2025.
Recently, I have worked as a Scenic Artist on the Olivier-nominated 'Waiting for Godot', Theatre Royal Haymarket and 'Coriolanus', National Theatre.
Skills include: Design, Carpentry, Millinery, Puppetry, Scenic Art, Model Making, Adobe Programs, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
CEO of TAIT, Adam Davies expresses that; "We're an army of joy makers", which encapsulates Sophie's design process, one that is adaptable, unconventional, meticulous, spirited and keeps both backstage crew and audiences at the heart of her work.
The theatre family you create during the show process is unique, memorable and radiant, I'd love to be a part of yours. Click below to explore my work!
